One person handles this extension, so an email goes straight to whoever can fix the problem. Most replies are sent within a day or two.

Common problems

It selected mail but never deleted any

This is the most common one and it is almost never your setup. The extension drives the real Gmail page, and Google reshuffles that page's HTML without warning, which breaks the selection and delete controls until the extension is taught the new layout.

Newer versions notice this themselves and say so instead of failing quietly, and the Diagnostics page shows when it happened. Updating is usually the whole fix.

It cleaned far less than you expected

Four guards are on by default and they skip anything starred, marked important, unread, or already labelled. On a mailbox that stars a lot of newsletters, that alone can take a 3,000 email sweep down to a few hundred.

They live in Advanced in the popup and in Options. Turning off "skip unread" plus setting intensity to Maximum is usually the difference people are looking for.

Storage didn't go down after a cleanup

Gmail keeps deleted mail in Trash, which counts against your storage until it empties, about 30 days later or sooner if you empty it yourself. The extension shows how much is waiting and can open Trash for you.

Report a bug or ask a question

Email support@secplusmastery.com and mention which browser you're using and what you pressed. If a run went wrong, open Diagnostics from the popup footer, click Copy on its log, and paste that into your email; the log is built to leave out email addresses.

Lost your Pro key

With Pro active in any browser, open Options, go to Pro License, and click Show key. If not, enter the email address you paid with on the recovery page to get a working key again; keys you already have stay valid.

Getting mail back

Every cleanup labels the mail it is about to move, then moves it to Gmail's Trash, where it stays for around 30 days. To get a run back, open Stats from the popup and click Restore beside that run. Archived mail was never deleted, it sits in All Mail under the run's label.
